Big50 Remodeler, Class of 2006 (Remodeling Magazine):

Every May, Remodeling Magazine inducts 50 new companies from across the country that have set the standard for professionalism and integrity through smart marketing, exemplary business practices, unique design, and extraordinary impact on their community or the industry at large. Big50 Remodelers run successful, growing companies of various sizes that have taken the lead in raising the standards of the industry. Franko - LaFratta Construction is honored to have been chosen as a 2006 member of this elite group.

Chrysalis Award for Remodeling Excellence:

Since 1993, the Chrysalis Awards have honored the finest remodeling projects in the country. The judges are editors and writers of consumer publications such as Better Homes & Gardens, Woman’s Day’s Home Remodeling & Makeovers, Southern Living Magazine, and Sunset Magazine. The projects are judged on design, use of materials, use of space and integration into the existing space. Franko - LaFratta Construction is honored to have been chosen as the company that produced the best 2006 project in the bath remodel category over $60,000.

Virginia Remodeler of the Year (2006):

Each year, one remodeling company is selected by the Chrysalis Awards Committee as the Remodeler of the Year in its state. Franko - LaFratta Construction is proud to announce that it has been named Virginia Remodeler of the Year. “The purpose of the Remodeler of the Year award is to identify companies who are examples of the best in the industry, it reflects the company’s contributions to the industry and community” says Ken Kanline, director of the awards.
